Welcome to the "微醺坊 (We Drink Fun)" application (the "App"). This App is developed and provided by AllinProgram.com ("we," "us," or "our"). We deeply value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in a transparent and responsible manner. This Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App. By continuing to use the App, you agree to its terms.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information strictly in accordance with the principles of legality, fairness, and necessity, only as required to provide services and improve your experience.
1.1 Information You Store Locally (Which We Do Not Collect)
The core feature of this App is local recording. All your drinking session records are stored exclusively on your device. We do not access, collect, upload, or process this information in any way. This includes:
-
Drinking Session Details: All information you manually enter, such as drink types, quantities, dates, notes, etc.
1.2 Analytical and Diagnostic Information We Collect Automatically
To ensure stable operation, understand usage patterns, and continuously enhance the user experience, we use the third-party service Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymous, aggregated device and usage data. This data cannot identify you personally and is used solely for product improvement.
-
Device and Usage Information: May include device model, operating system version, app version, anonymized unique device identifiers, crash reports, usage frequency, duration, and feature interactions. This aggregated data helps us refine interface design, improve performance, and resolve issues.
1.3 Purchase Information
If you make an in-app purchase or subscription, we use purchases_flutter (RevenueCat’s Flutter plugin) to interact with app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) solely for validating and processing your purchase. We only receive necessary purchase status (e.g., subscription confirmed) to unlock premium features. We do not collect, store, or access your payment details (e.g., credit card numbers), which are securely handled by the app stores.
1.4 Push Notification Information
To provide you with activity reminders, important updates, and other push notifications, we use the OneSignal platform. OneSignal may collect the following information:
-
Device Identifiers: Used to send push notifications to your device.
-
Device Information: Such as device model, operating system version, and language settings.
-
IP Address: Used to determine the approximate geographic location of your device (not precise location).
-
Push Interaction Data: Such as whether notifications were delivered and whether they were opened.
1.5 Permissions Required by the App
-
Network Access: Required to communicate with Microsoft Clarity, validate in-app purchase status, and receive push notifications.
-
Storage Permission (Optional): Requested if you wish to save records as images to your photo gallery. You may deny this without affecting core functionality.
1.6 Voice Smart Input Information
When you use the voice smart input feature:
-
Speech recognition is performed on your device: We do not collect, upload, or store your audio files.
-
Recognized text sent only with your explicit consent: Before you use this feature for the first time, the App explains how your data is used and asks for your permission. Only after you agree will the recognized text be sent to our server and parsed into structured drinking records by a third-party AI service provider. You may decline, in which case this feature will be unavailable while all other features remain unaffected.
-
Information sent along with the request: An anonymous account identifier, an anonymized device fingerprint (used to enforce free usage limits), and time zone information (used to determine the date for parsing).
-
Our commitment: The above data is used solely to complete the parsing service. It will not be used to train AI models, for advertising, or be sold to any third party. We require third-party AI service providers to protect your data at a level equal to this Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information only for the following legitimate purposes:
-
To Provide Core Functionality: Local records are used solely for display and management on your device.
-
To Provide Smart Voice Parsing: Parse the speech-recognized text you have consented to send into structured drinking records.
-
To Analyze and Improve the App: Anonymous aggregated data helps us identify trends, optimize features, fix issues, and enhance the experience.
-
To Process In-App Purchases: Verify subscription status and unlock premium features.
We promise: We will never use your information for targeted advertising, marketing, or selling to third parties.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Your local drinking session records remain on your device only, and we do not share them with any third parties. We may share anonymous, non-identifiable aggregated data with the following third-party providers:
-
Microsoft (Clarity service): For analytics and diagnostics, processed under their privacy policy.
-
OneSignal: For push notification services, processing device identifiers and push interaction data.
-
App Store Platforms (Apple/Google): For payment and subscription processing.
-
RevenueCat (via purchases_flutter): For in-app purchase management, handling anonymized transaction data.
-
Third-Party AI Service Providers: Only with your explicit consent, process the recognized text from voice smart input to generate structured drinking records; such data is not used to train AI models, and we require them to provide data protection equal to this Policy.
Except as described above or required by law (e.g., court orders), we will not share or disclose your information to any other parties.
4. Data Security and Storage
-
Local Data: Drinking session records are stored on your device, with security dependent on your device’s measures (e.g., screen lock, encryption).
-
Anonymous Analytical Data: Stored and protected by third-party providers using industry-standard measures.
-
Security Measures: We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but please note that no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
-
Local Data: Retained until you manually delete it or uninstall the App.
-
Anonymous Analytical Data: Retention governed by the respective third-party providers' policies.
6. Your Rights
You have full control over local data:
-
Access and Modification: View or edit records anytime via the App.
-
Deletion: Delete individual or all records; uninstalling clears all local data.
For anonymous analytical data, as it is not linked to individuals, we cannot provide targeted access or deletion.
